The ADHD planner that adjusts when your day slips.
Say everything on your mind. Nextling turns it into tiny steps, shows the one to do right now, and reshuffles the rest when you run late — you approve every change.

Planners assume your day goes to plan.
Then you run 20 minutes late, the whole schedule turns red, and the app goes in the bin. Nextling starts from the opposite idea: slipping is normal, and getting back on track should take one tap.
“Twelve things in my head and no idea where to start.”
Nextling gives you one small first step, right now.“It's 11 am and my plan is already wrong.”
Reshuffle the rest of the day. Nothing turns red.“I forget which step I was on halfway through.”
Your current step stays on your Lock Screen. No setup. Just the next step.
Say it the way it's in your head.
One messy line like “clean the kitchen, send the quote by 3, gym at 6” becomes separate tasks, with the times you mentioned. No forms, no categories.
- Type or speak — the box is always at the bottom of Home
- Fits around the busy times in your calendar (read-only)
- Offline? Your words are saved as a task anyway

A countdown for one tiny step. That's the whole screen.
Every task is broken into steps of 2 to 25 minutes, and the first one is always small. Done and Skip are one tap; need a little longer? Add five minutes.
- Edit any step, or add your own by hand
- Running over is shown in a calm color — never red
- Gentle heads-ups before a step and when it ends

Reshuffle the rest of your day in a tap. Pro
Nextling suggests what to keep today, what to move to tomorrow and what to shorten. You see before and after first — nothing moves until you say so.
- Free: push the rest of the day down with one tap
- Pro: a full reshuffle around your meetings and deadlines
- Back after a break? It offers a fresh plan

Your current step, right on your Lock Screen. Pro
A Live Activity on iPhone (and an ongoing notification on Android) keeps the step and its countdown in view, with Done and Skip buttons. Home Screen widgets show what's next.
- Dynamic Island on supported iPhones
- Small Home Screen widget is free
- Quiet after your day ends — no countdowns at night
When your day ends, so does the app.
After the time you set as the end of your day, Nextling stops counting down and says so: your day is done, the rest will be waiting in the morning. Want to keep going anyway? One tap.

Kind by design.

Questions, answered.
When can I get it?
Nextling launches in January 2027 on the App Store and Google Play. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once, on launch day.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Nextling is built around how ADHD brains work — getting started, time blindness, losing your place — but it helps anyone whose plans don't survive the day.
Is Nextling a medical app?
No. Nextling is a planner. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care for ADHD or any other condition.
What happens to my tasks?
They're stored on your phone. When you ask for AI help, the text goes through our server to our AI provider only to make your steps; we don't keep it. Backups go to your own iCloud Drive (iPhone) or your Android backup. See the privacy policy.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes. Nextling reads your calendar to see when you're busy and plans around it. It never writes to it.
What do I get for joining the waitlist?
One email on launch day, so you hear about it first. That's it — no newsletter, and you can ask us to delete your email anytime.
Your next step is a small one.
