Terms of Use
In plain words
- Nextling's daily loop is free. Pro is open for your first 14 days with no payment.
- If you subscribe, the App Store or Google Play bills you and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
- AI suggestions can be wrong. You decide what to do.
- Nextling is a planner, not medical advice or a medical device.
1. These terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Sora Intelligence Vietnam Company Limited, [[POSTAL ADDRESS]], Vietnam ("we", "us") for the Nextling app and its online features (together, "Nextling"). By downloading or using Nextling you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Nextling.
If you got Nextling from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, [[CHOOSE: Apple's standard EULA / these terms]] wins to the extent allowed. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for Nextling or its support.
2. What Nextling is
Nextling helps you capture tasks, break them into small steps and plan your day. It is a productivity tool. Nextling is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace care for ADHD or any other condition. Nothing in the app is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you have health concerns, talk to a qualified professional.
3. Your licence to use Nextling
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Nextling on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app except where the law allows it.
4. Free, the Pro trial and Pro
- Free. Capturing tasks, the Now card and today's timeline are free, with up to 5 AI uses a day.
- Pro trial. Pro features are open for 14 days from the first time you use the app. The trial needs no payment details, does not turn into a paid subscription by itself, and simply ends. After it ends, Pro features lock again and your data stays.
- Pro. A paid subscription keeps Pro features open. Which features are in Pro is shown in the app and on the store page, and may change over time; we will not remove the core free daily loop.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app and the store before you buy (for example $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year in the United States) and may differ by country and include local taxes.
- App Store: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- Google Play: payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If a price changes, the store will notify you as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies. For yearly plans, Nextling also reminds you 3 days before renewal.
6. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or from Google Play under your subscriptions or through Google Play support; each store decides under its own policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right to cancel or withdraw that you have under the consumer law of your country.
7. AI features
Some features send task text to an AI service to suggest tasks, steps, time estimates and changes to your plan. These suggestions are generated automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or not right for you, and timing estimates are rough. You are always the one who decides: review suggestions before relying on them, and don't use Nextling for anything where a mistake could cause harm, such as medication, safety or legal deadlines.
AI features need an internet connection and may be unavailable at times. They are subject to fair-use limits (for example a daily limit on Free and an hourly limit on Pro) to keep the service working for everyone.
8. Your content
The tasks, notes and routines you create belong to you. You give us permission to process them only as needed to run the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please don't enter other people's sensitive information. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and exports; we cannot recover data stored only on your phone.
9. Fair use
Please don't misuse Nextling. For example, don't try to get around usage limits or device checks, access our servers other than through the app, overload or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or stop access to online features if we see misuse.
10. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of Nextling. We will try to give notice of significant changes. If we stop Pro for good, we will tell you in advance; renewals can be canceled in your store account.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, Nextling is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Nextling will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders, widgets or notifications will always appear on time, because they depend on your device and its settings.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, missed tasks or missed deadlines. Our total liability for any claim relating to Nextling is limited to the amount you paid for Nextling in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Ending these terms
You can stop using Nextling anytime by deleting the app and canceling any subscription in your store account. We may end or suspend your access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 11 and 12) continue after these terms end.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [[GOVERNING LAW: country/state]], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or the release notes. If you keep using Nextling after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
